Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for the 2026 Initiative, aligning technical execution with long-term business goals and futuristic market trends.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development of proprietary algorithms, focusing on AI-driven optimization and quantum-resistant cryptography.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and C-level executives to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with international data regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or principal architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong command of distributed systems and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI & Quantum: Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and a working understanding of quantum computing concepts.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
