Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML models for high-traffic production environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers in the development of '2026-ready' neural networks.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies including Quantum Machine Learning and AGI pathways.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure architectural best practices are followed across the organization.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in high-growth tech environments.
- Experience with LLMs, Large Language Models, and Generative AI architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
