Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.</li><li>Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, aligning with business objectives.</li><li>Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to drive innovation.</li><li>Optimize existing models for inference speed, latency, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.</li><li>Stay at the forefront of industry trends, researching and evaluating emerging technologies like Neural Architecture Search and Quantum Computing integration.</li><li>Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment (CI/CD) in AI environments.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.</li><li>10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture projects.</li><li>Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Kubernetes).</li><li>Proven track record of deploying production-ready Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion models).</li><li>Strong understanding of MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI principles.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical leadership and stakeholder management.</li></ul>
