- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and integrating breakthrough technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum-ready architectures) into our stack.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the deployment of models in production environments, ensuring minimal latency and maximum throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of designing systems that can handle billions of data points with sub-millisecond latency.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technical roadmaps from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
