Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI systems that align with the 2026 product roadmap.
- Roadmap Strategy: Identify emerging trends in generative AI and quantum computing to drive the company's strategic vision forward.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks in production environments.
