Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cutting-edge deep learning models tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead architectural decisions for large-scale neural networks and distributed computing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product infrastructure.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for high-performance AI teams.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance compliance in all model training.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade NLP or Computer Vision models.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and data pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the long-term implications of AI evolution.
