Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum-secure systems and decentralized AI networks
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in biotech interfaces and neuro-adjacent computing
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen nanomaterials research
- Present strategic tech briefings to Fortune 500 C-suite executives
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Drive open-source contributions to 6G and space-internet infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Advanced Materials Science (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in emerging tech R&D with 3+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research in Nature/Science on future-tech intersections
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Deep familiarity with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Experience with EU AI Act and US AI Bill of Compliance requirements
