Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, high-performance neural network architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and real-time inference.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and milestones for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Optimize Model Performance: Continuously refine algorithms to improve accuracy, reduce latency, and enhance energy efficiency across all deployed models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data engineers, and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into consumer and enterprise products.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI trends, including Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Quantum Computing applications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for AI safety, fairness, and transparency to mitigate bias and ensure responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark) is highly preferred.
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision, with a portfolio of published research or production-grade models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and architect resilient solutions for high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
