Responsibilities

- Lead high-level design reviews and architectural decision-making for critical enterprise systems.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability across all deployed platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and digital initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Java, Go) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
