Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Infrastructure: Design and oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters optimized for next-gen AI model training and inference.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for Year 2026 product launches, ensuring scalability and interoperability across legacy and future systems.
- Algorithmic Innovation: Lead R&D initiatives in emerging areas such as Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI convergence.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid prototyping.
- System Integration: Integrate complex data pipelines with futuristic IoT ecosystems and autonomous agents.
- Compliance & Safety: Establish rigorous protocols for AI safety, alignment, and ethical deployment in high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with proven experience in distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, Apache Spark).
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to architect solutions for ambiguous, futuristic problems with limited precedent.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
