Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for autonomous multi-agent workflows.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize LLM inference latency and cost-efficiency at scale.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our AI research and engineering teams.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including post-AGI tooling and ethical AI frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, or 5+ years in a Lead Architect role.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; proven experience with LangChain and AutoGPT architectures.
- System Design: Demonstrated ability to design distributed systems handling high throughput and low latency.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
