Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural architectures capable of emergent reasoning and multi-modal understanding.
- Lead a world-class team of machine learning engineers and researchers in pushing the boundaries of model efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI model development, from data ingestion and training to deployment and safety alignment.
- Define technical roadmaps for AGI capabilities, ensuring alignment with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate AGI solutions into practical, real-world applications.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning research, deep learning, or cognitive science.
- Proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or significant patents in AI.
- Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of large language models, reinforcement learning, and explainable AI.
