Responsibilities

- Lead the research and integration of Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Agents into core business operations.
- Define long-term technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with global market trends.
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and systems engineers.
- Identify emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum Computing) and pilot them for commercial viability.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical vision into actionable business strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in System Architecture, Software Engineering, or Strategic Product Management.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects with multi-million dollar budgets.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and edge computing.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-influenced corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
