Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research, prototype, and validate emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to drive innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a diverse team of senior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable architectural solutions.
- System Design: Design resilient, scalable, and secure system architectures capable of handling high-throughput demands in a global environment.
- Process Optimization: Establish best practices for CI/CD, DevOps, and agile methodologies to accelerate delivery cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Futurism: Proven track record of identifying and integrating early-stage technologies to solve business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on scalability, security, and performance optimization.
