Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and implementation of advanced optimization techniques for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformers.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions into cloud-native infrastructures, ensuring seamless deployment and minimal latency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends to define the technical roadmap for our 2026 and 2027 product releases.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale engineering challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
