- Develop actionable roadmaps for emerging technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports and scenario models for Board of Directors and investors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent company at Davos and global futurist forums
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Track record of influencing enterprise-level strategic decisions
