Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone and email, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to diagnose complex network and system problems.
- Conduct basic training sessions for staff on company software and security protocols.
- Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets and supplies.
Qualifications
