Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems for end-users via phone and ticketing systems.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to internal staff and clients.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and technical documentation.

Qualifications
