Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and transformation of raw data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Document data processes and create technical reports for stakeholders and management.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and contribute to the optimization of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL for querying databases and basic scripting knowledge (Python or R is a strong plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data.
- Excellent communication skills to present data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced startup culture.
