Responsibilities
- Provide immediate technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and system failures.
- Manage and maintain company assets, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
