Responsibilities
- Design ML models to predict consumer behavior patterns for financial services clients
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS services
- Collaborate with product teams to translate analytics into actionable strategies
- Mentor junior data scientists and present findings to C-level stakeholders
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for digital optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data science with 3+ in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Strong SQL proficiency with PostgreSQL and Redshift
- Experience deploying models via AWS SageMaker or Azure ML
- MSc/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
