Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for employees.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory services.
- Perform routine maintenance on office equipment and networks.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry standard IT equipment (up to 25 lbs).
- Previous experience in a Help Desk or Support role is a plus.
