Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of cloud-based applications using AWS and Azure
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex technical issues
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards (NIST, FISMA)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with emphasis on backend systems
- Expertise in Java, Python, or C# with cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to deliver projects in agile environments
- Familiarity with federal contracting requirements preferred
