Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage software updates, patch management, and security protocols.
- Perform hardware upgrades and asset inventory management.
- Collaborate with the network team to resolve complex connectivity issues.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required.
