Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone and ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage network access, firewalls, and VPN configurations.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex hardware and software issues.
- Perform regular system updates and security patching.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- CompTIA A+ Certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and travel between office locations.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer service focus.
