Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Network & Infrastructure Management: Monitor network performance and maintain server health to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and manage the onboarding/offboarding process for new staff.
- Security Compliance: Enforce IT security protocols and conduct regular system audits.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and software licensing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and basic knowledge of Linux.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Availability: Must be available to start this week.
