Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurism
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable innovation frameworks
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Deep understanding of ESG principles and sustainable innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
