Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, AI ethics frameworks, biometric interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop patentable intellectual property through rapid experimentation and iterative development cycles
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimental learning
- Manage innovation budget and track ROI of experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product development or innovation leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or sustainable tech systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in technology innovation (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Experience managing innovation portfolios with >$5M annual budgets
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical AI frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences
