Responsibilities

- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with emerging AI regulations
- Create stakeholder education programs on responsible AI deployment
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
- Represent FutureWorks in industry ethics consortiums and policy discussions
- Advocate for ethical AI design principles across engineering teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or tech policy
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution
- Publication record in AI ethics or peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in ethical AI toolkits (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
