Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to market launch for 2026 initiatives
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies/trends with disruptive potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget and manage resource allocation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and agile methodologies
- Present innovation roadmap to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation, product development, or strategy leadership
- Proven track record launching 3+ market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MSc, or PhD preferred)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech/startup ecosystem
- Exceptional financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends
