- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development cycles
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech impacts and opportunities
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Build scenario models for potential futures and risk-mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Strong background in scenario planning and systemic trend analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
