Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using barcode scanners
- Manage inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse workspace following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Participate in monthly safety training and process improvement meetings
Qualifications
- Available to start within 48 hours of offer
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Reliable transportation to the Commerce Street facility
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to work 4-10 hour shifts (6am-4pm or 2pm-12am)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
