Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using barcode scanners and packing equipment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform quality control inspections on outgoing shipments
- Assist in warehouse organization and cleanliness initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
