Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead AWS cloud infrastructure deployments and optimization
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct performance testing and system optimization
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
- Strong AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) and cloud-native architecture skills
- Proven track record of leading full-lifecycle development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
