Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable web applications using JavaScript, Python, or Go.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Product, QA) to define features and requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Node.js.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. work authorization.
