Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise clients across Texas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with product team to deliver customized client solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales forecasts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
