Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 150+ employees across multiple locations
- Manage and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure, including Cisco and VMware environments
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and implement security protocols
- Oversee hardware/software lifecycle management and vendor relationships
- Document IT processes and create comprehensive knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT support experience with enterprise-level systems
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certifications in CompTIA Security+ or Cisco CCNP preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex issues
- Experience managing IT projects and vendor relationships
