Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Participate in agile sprints, planning sessions, and architectural discussions to drive product innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and a backend language (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
