Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- System Architecture: Design robust backend systems and optimize database performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Agile Delivery: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to deliver features on time.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue), Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Database: Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar NoSQL databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately and work full-time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
