Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for clients.
- Manage and prioritize incoming IT support tickets in the helpdesk system.
- Conduct routine system health checks and security updates during off-peak hours.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Must be available to work 100% Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation (shifts may start late or end early).
