Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS/GCP with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters for high availability and cost efficiency
- Implement security best practices (IAM, network policies, compliance scanning)
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps methodologies
- Collaborate with development teams to reduce deployment bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Kubernetes administration and Helm experience required
- CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization
- Security certifications (e.g., AWS Security Specialty) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in high-volume production environments
