Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and ticketing systems.
- Perform proactive maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent system downtime.
- Manage and deploy end-user devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile equipment.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to maintain secure IT environments.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures for future reference.
- Conduct regular training sessions to educate staff on new software tools and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
