Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, label, and sort inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate powered pallet jacks and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to prevent errors
- Support loading/unloading operations with forklift certification assistance
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation to North Dallas facilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork orientation
