Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification training included)
- Perform quality control checks and document inventory movements
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and safe work practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Process orders with accuracy and meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
