Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and accurately scan/receive inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for same-day shipping with zero-error tolerance
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and implement FIFO inventory systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workspace standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone operation required
- Forklift certification preferred but not required (training provided)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
