Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care, long-term care, or home health settings
- Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and medical procedures
- Document patient observations and care accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to HIPAA protocols and facility-specific safety standards
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control practices
Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA, EMT, or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 6 months recent clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts including nights/weekends
