Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation
- Maintain accurate client records and care plans
- Report any changes in client condition to care coordinator
Qualifications
- Current Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification (NA-C)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass thorough background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Compassionate patient demeanor and strong work ethic
