Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency using CRM tools
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Meet/exceed 95% customer satisfaction and first-call resolution metrics
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce database
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer engagements
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce a plus)
