Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory in climate-controlled warehouses
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist with warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to North/South Memphis locations
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-sponsored)
- Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shifts if needed
