As a Logistics Team Member, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are processed efficiently and safely. We prioritize our employees and provide comprehensive training and competitive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and pack orders with a high degree of accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment and perform routine equipment checks.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for everyone.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (outdoor dock work).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
